The Sixth International Fryderyk Chopin Competition for Amateur Pianists

The Fryderyk Chopin Society of Warsaw kindly invites interested persons to participate in The Sixth International Fryderyk Chopin Competition for Amateur Pianists.

The Fryderyk Chopin Society, initially the Fryderyk Chopin Institute, was established in 1934.

mUltimate Chopin – digital source edition

A modern Internet platform presenting all the available sources of the works of Fryderyk Chopin. Developed by Professor Paweł Kamiński, editor of the National Edition, in co-operation with a team of specialists appointed to work on the project. This application has been especially designed to enable browsing, analysing and comparing digitalized sources, offering instant access to commentaries on all the problematic places in the analysed fragment of the musical score. The system user is able to closely follow the editing process and make own decisions (e.g. related to the choice of variants) on the basis of the photocopied sources made available.
